The (Not So Rare) Epilepsies ECHO (Collaboration with Epilepsy Foundation)

Purpose:
Connects specialist teams from nationwide Level 4 Epilepsy Centers with local clinicians to expand knowledge, improve care, and ultimately empower families living with epilepsies. Brings together leading experts in neurology, epileptology, genetic counseling, developmental pediatrics, and adult transitions, alongside a caregiver with lived experience, who grounds the sessions in real-world challenges of diagnosis, treatment, comorbidities, and care transitions.

25+ faculty ECHO trained and Ambassadors for rare epilepsies clinical practice
Creates a community of practice where expertise is shared, confidence is built, and patients with rare epilepsies benefit from better-informed, better-connected providers.
